为解决计算机基础教学中"教师少学生多"指导不全面的问题,将建构主义的学习机制引入教学中,组建导生团形成"教师指导学生"与"学生指导学生"并存的形式.实践表明,"导生团"制既可以改进教学效果,又可以培养学生的组织协调等多方面能力.

In order to resolve the problem of the teaching of basic computer course that less teachers and many studentscannot comprehensive guidance,the constructivistlearningmechanismis introduced into teaching.Guide students groupis formed,and the forms of teachers guide studentsandstudentsguide students arecoexist.It not only can improve the teaching effect,but also can cultivate the multiple abilities of students such as organization and coordination capacity.
