目的：探讨基于祛风解痉法则的方药对过敏性支气管哮喘小鼠肺组织gob－5基因表达的影响。方法：应用实时荧光PCR法观察祛风解痉法则方药三首（风哮方、定喘汤、射干麻黄汤）对过敏性支气管哮喘小鼠肺组织gob－5基因表达的影响，探讨其干预过敏性支气管哮喘小鼠的作用机理。结果：风哮方、定喘汤、射干麻黄汤均使过敏性支气管哮喘小鼠肺组织gob－5基因表达明显下调。结论：风哮方、定喘汤、射干麻黄汤可能通过下调gob－5基因表达而起到治疗过敏性支气管哮喘的作用。
目的：探討基于祛風解痙法則的方藥對過敏性支氣管哮喘小鼠肺組織gob－5基因錶達的影響。方法：應用實時熒光PCR法觀察祛風解痙法則方藥三首（風哮方、定喘湯、射榦痳黃湯）對過敏性支氣管哮喘小鼠肺組織gob－5基因錶達的影響，探討其榦預過敏性支氣管哮喘小鼠的作用機理。結果：風哮方、定喘湯、射榦痳黃湯均使過敏性支氣管哮喘小鼠肺組織gob－5基因錶達明顯下調。結論：風哮方、定喘湯、射榦痳黃湯可能通過下調gob－5基因錶達而起到治療過敏性支氣管哮喘的作用。
목적：탐토기우거풍해경법칙적방약대과민성지기관효천소서폐조직gob－5기인표체적영향。방법：응용실시형광PCR법관찰거풍해경법칙방약삼수（풍효방、정천탕、사간마황탕）대과민성지기관효천소서폐조직gob－5기인표체적영향，탐토기간예과민성지기관효천소서적작용궤리。결과：풍효방、정천탕、사간마황탕균사과민성지기관효천소서폐조직gob－5기인표체명현하조。결론：풍효방、정천탕、사간마황탕가능통과하조gob－5기인표체이기도치료과민성지기관효천적작용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of prescriptions based on the rule of expelling wind to relieve con-vulsion on gob-5 gene expression in lung tissue of allergic bronchial asthma mice.Methods:By application of real time fluorescence PCR method observe the effect of three prescriptions based on the rule of expelling wind to relieve convulsion ( Fengxiaofang, Dingchuan decoction and Shegan Mahuang decoction) on gob-5 gene expression in lung tissue of allergic bronchial asthma mice, and explore the mechanism of intervening allergic bronchial asthma mice.Results:The three prescriptions could significantly down-regulate the gob-5 gene ex-pression in lung tissue of allergic bronchial asthma mice.Conclusion:Fengxiaofang, Dingchuan decoction and Shegan Mahuang decoction can treat allergic bronchial asthma by reducing the gob-5 gene expression in lung tissue.
