目的:观察健脾益肠散对溃疡性结肠炎( UC )大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠按体质量随机分为正常组、模型组、健脾益肠散高、中、低剂量组和柳氮磺吡啶组,每组10只;采用2、4、6-三硝基苯磺酸( TNBS)/乙醇法复制UC大鼠模型;给药21天后,ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清IFN-γ、TGF-β1含量增加, IL-10含量减少,与正常组比较均有统计学差异( P<0.01);与模型组比较,健脾益肠散高、中剂量组IFN-γ、IL-10含量和高剂量组TGF-β1含量均明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);健脾益肠散高剂量组血清IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1的变化与柳氮磺吡啶组比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),但其明显优于健脾益肠散低剂量组( P<0.05)。结论:健脾益肠散对UC肠黏膜免疫的保护作用可能与调节外周血IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1的含量有关。

목적:관찰건비익장산대궤양성결장염( UC )대서혈청IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1적영향。방법:장60지SD대서안체질량수궤분위정상조、모형조、건비익장산고、중、저제량조화류담광필정조,매조10지;채용2、4、6-삼초기분광산( TNBS)/을순법복제UC대서모형;급약21천후,ELISA법측정각조대서혈청IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1함량。결과:모형조대서혈청IFN-γ、TGF-β1함량증가, IL-10함량감소,여정상조비교균유통계학차이( P<0.01);여모형조비교,건비익장산고、중제량조IFN-γ、IL-10함량화고제량조TGF-β1함량균명현개선(P<0.05혹P<0.01);건비익장산고제량조혈청IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1적변화여류담광필정조비교차이무통계학의의( P>0.05),단기명현우우건비익장산저제량조( P<0.05)。결론:건비익장산대UC장점막면역적보호작용가능여조절외주혈IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1적함량유관。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Yichang powder( JP) on IFN-γ,IL-10 and TGF-β1 in ulcerative colitis( UC) rats.Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,JP high,medium and low-dose groups,a sulfasalazine group by body quality,with 10 in each group.Use 2,4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid ( TNBS) /ethanol method to replicate UC rat models.The levels of serum I FN-γ,IL-10 and TGF-β1 were detected by ELISA in each group after gavage for 21days.Results:The ser-um contents of IFN-γand TGF-β1 increased,but IL-10 decreased in model group.Compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.01) .IFN-γand IL-10 contents in JP high, middle dose groups and the TGF-β1 in high dose group were significantly improved compared with those in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In the JP high-dose group, the differences of IFN-γ,IL-10 and TGF-β1 with those in the sulfasalazine group were not significant(P>0.05),but it was significantly better than the JP low-dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Protective effects of JP on intestinal mucosal immunity of UC may be related to adjusting the contents of IFN-γ,IL-10 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood.
