天道观是宋明理学的焦点问题,吕大临是“关洛之间”的重要人物,他在继承张载思想的基础上提出了自己的天道观理论,并以“虚而诚”来表达对“天道”这一形上本体的体认。一方面,吕大临以“虚”和“诚”来形容天道无形而实有的特征,展现出天道的超越性、客观实在性、普遍性和永恒性。另一方面,吕大临更加强调“诚”的价值,指出“诚者,理之实”,并且认为天道是“致一而不可易”之“诚者”。由此可见,在吕大临天道观理论中,“诚”即为天道,并且具备了“至诚不息”之宇宙本体论意义。

The theory of Heaven is the focus of the Song Ming Neo-Confucianism. LV Da-lin is an im-portant figure between Guan school and Luo School. He put forward his own view of heaven theory based on the idea of ZHANG Zai. He expressed the “heaven” as “Void and Honesty”. On the one hand, LV Da-lin use the “void” and “honesty” to describe the heaven invisible and real character, and to show the heaven transcendence, objectivity, universality and eternality. On the other hand, LV Da-lin em-phasized the value of“honesty”, and pointed out that“honesty is the reality of Li”, and that“heaven is the honesty that is never changed”. Thus, in LV Da-lin’ s concept of heaven theory,“honesty” is the way of heaven, and has a “sincere endless” universe ontology significance.
