目的本文旨在总结、提出一个更具有合理性和亲民性的病友论坛版块设置方案，供病友论坛建立者参考。方法主要通过以39健康论坛和中华手外科网论坛为例，探讨在线医疗方式中的病友论坛其内容设置的优缺点，探究当下人们对于病友论坛的了解，及对病友论坛解决看病难等现实中就医问题作用的看法等供论坛板块设计作为依据。结果对比发现各有优缺点，同时也存在共同不足，如对于医院资源没有充分整合等。结论本文中提出的病友论坛建设方案具有一定的可参考价值。

Objective To summarize and put forward a more reasonable and PFP of patient forum set ing scheme, for suf erers of the forum to establish reference. Methods Mainly through to 39 Health Forum and the hand surgery forum as an example to explore online medical ward forum the content set ing of the advantages and disadvantages, to explore the cur ent understanding of patient forum and forum on the patient solve medical treatment is dif icult, and the reality of medical problems with the view etc. for the forum plate design as the basis.
