目的了解医护人员无偿献血知识认知现状，提高对医护人员无偿献血培训的针对性，促进无偿献血事业进一步发展。方法抽取辖区内二级以上综合性医院医护人员，对其进行问卷调查，用Excel录入并进行统计分析。结果接受调查的医护人员对无偿献血基本知识掌握较差，特别是对互助献血、用血退费、血液收费知识等尤其欠缺。结论应进一步加强医护人员无偿献血知识针对性培训，改变培训重点，促进血站与医疗机构的有效沟通和合作等。

목적료해의호인원무상헌혈지식인지현상，제고대의호인원무상헌혈배훈적침대성，촉진무상헌혈사업진일보발전。방법추취할구내이급이상종합성의원의호인원，대기진행문권조사，용Excel록입병진행통계분석。결과접수조사적의호인원대무상헌혈기본지식장악교차，특별시대호조헌혈、용혈퇴비、혈액수비지식등우기흠결。결론응진일보가강의호인원무상헌혈지식침대성배훈，개변배훈중점，촉진혈참여의료궤구적유효구통화합작등。
Objective To understand the cognitive status of nurses of blood donation knowledge, improve the pertinence of medical personnel training to promote voluntary blood donation, blood donation to further the development. Methods Doctors and nurses were selected more than two general hospitals, on the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and Excel. Results Survey of medical staf on voluntary blood donation knowledge is poor, especial y for the mutual blood donation, blood, blood charges refund especial y lack of knowledge. Conclusion Should further strengthen the medical staf for training of unpaid blood donation knowledge, change the training focus, promote ef ective communication and cooperation with medical institutions such as blood.
