为进一步保障地区电网安全稳定运行、电力可靠有序的供应,提高地区主网辖区内输电线路采空区铁塔倾倒的预防能力,针对输电线路采空区出现的倾斜铁塔基础进行调整和改造,设计出了适用于铁塔的叠加基础,通过调整基础根开和基础面达到治理铁塔倾斜的目的,经过采空区运行线路实践取得了很好的效果。

In order to further safeguard the security and stability of regional power grid operation and orderly and reliable supply of electric power, and to improve the ability to prevent leaning of transmission towers in mined-out areas, adjustment and the transformation were carried out being directed against tower leaning. Controlling tower leaning by applying superposed foundation, adjusting the distance of tower foundation and base surface is verified to be effective in practice.
