某铁路桥梁在进行混凝土施工时出现了可燃性气体,危险性较大,导致部分结构物返工.通过开展比对试验、检测原材料物理指标和化学成分等方法对产生可燃性气体原因进行了研究分析,找到了产生可燃性气体的材料,探讨其化学反应机理,介绍了预防控制措施,可为今后混凝土施工提供经验教训.

Combustible gas appeared in concrete construction of railroad bridge,the bigger risk caused rework of the structures. Through comparative test,by conducting comparative test,physical index and chemical composition,testing of raw materials,such as methods to analysis the causes of combustible gas, found the cause of combustible gas material,probed its chemical reaction mechanism,this paper introduced some prevention and control measures,which could provide lessons for the concrete construction in the future.
