进入新世纪以来，拉美国家呈现出群体性崛起之势，其具体表现为经济持续增长，发展政策趋于稳定，国际话语权扩大，国际竞争力和影响力有所提升，一些国家有望跨入高收入行列。拉美国家崛起具有重要的世界意义，增强了发展中国家在国际舞台的地位和作用，有利于多极世界的建立。拉美国家的崛起，有利于中国国家利益以及中拉战略合作关系的进一步深化，但也对中拉关系的发展提出新要求。
進入新世紀以來，拉美國傢呈現齣群體性崛起之勢，其具體錶現為經濟持續增長，髮展政策趨于穩定，國際話語權擴大，國際競爭力和影響力有所提升，一些國傢有望跨入高收入行列。拉美國傢崛起具有重要的世界意義，增彊瞭髮展中國傢在國際舞檯的地位和作用，有利于多極世界的建立。拉美國傢的崛起，有利于中國國傢利益以及中拉戰略閤作關繫的進一步深化，但也對中拉關繫的髮展提齣新要求。
진입신세기이래，랍미국가정현출군체성굴기지세，기구체표현위경제지속증장，발전정책추우은정，국제화어권확대，국제경쟁력화영향력유소제승，일사국가유망과입고수입행렬。랍미국가굴기구유중요적세계의의，증강료발전중국가재국제무태적지위화작용，유리우다겁세계적건립。랍미국가적굴기，유리우중국국가이익이급중랍전략합작관계적진일보심화，단야대중랍관계적발전제출신요구。
Since the new century, as a group, the Latin American region has been showing a rising trend, a sustained economic growth has been realized, the development policy stabilized, its international discourse right expanded, and its international competitiveness and influence improved, some Latin American coun-tries are expected to entering the range of high income countries. The rise of Latin American countries has an important world significance, it will contribute to enhance the status and role of developing countries in the international arena, and be conducive to the establishment of a new multi-polar world. The rise of Lat-in American countries is favorite to China’ s national interests as well as to Sino-Latin American strategic partnership. At the meantime, new challenges will appear and new requirements will be needed during the deepening process of bilateral and multilateral Sino-Latin American cooperation.
