This paper analyzed the problems existed in the partition of acceptance hierarchy in the present civil air defence regulations,provided the suggestions in terms of acceptance hierarchy of orifice structure and prominent inspecting items under the present regulations,looked forward to the main means which may further perfect the acceptance hierarchy in the civil air defence regulations.
