“大众创业、万众创新”，已成为当今时代的热词。在大学生就业形势严峻的大背景下，大学生创业方面的问题越来越受到社会各界的密切关注。共青团是在中国共产党领导下的先进青年的群众组织，是党的助手和后备军，是党联系青年的桥梁和纽带。团组织应通过努力搭建大学生创业实践平台、加强社会实践环节、发挥校园文化的育人功能营造创业氛围等方法，全方位促进大学生就业创业。

National Innovation has become a buzzword of the age. In the context of serious situation of the university students' employment,the problem of college students' entrepreneurship is getting the social attention from all walks of life more and more closely . The Chinese Communist Youth League which is under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a mass organization of advanced youth , is party's assistant and reserve force and important channel of communication between the party and the youth. The Communist Youth League organizations should build college students’entrepreneurship practice platform , strengthen the social practice training, play the educational function of campus culture and create a entrepreneurship atmosphere through the efforts, to promote the entrepreneurship of Col-lege students' employment comprehensively.
