随着经济一体化进程的加快,信息技术的发展,顾客自我价值意识的提高以及市场竞争的加剧,传统企业价值的创造过程发生了重大改变,许多中小旅行社纷纷组建战略联盟以应对变化。然而实践证明战略联盟在实现一定的市场积极作用的同时也暴露出种种弊端。鉴于此,文章以供应链管理思想为指导,试图构建一种全新的战略联盟,旨在充分发挥联盟的资源优势,凝聚能力、协作力以及快速反应力,最终目的是为旅游者创造诚信、高质的旅游体验。

With the speeding up of the economic integration,the development of information technology,the uplift of customers’val?ue awareness and market competition intensifying,great changes have taken place in enterprise value creation process. Many small and medium-sized travel agencies have formed a strategic alliance in order to cope with the changes. However,practice proves that strategic al?liance has realized a certain positive function in market also exposed many shortcomings. In view of this,based on the supply chain man?agement thoughts,the paper tries to build a new strategic alliance aiming at giving full play to the resource advantage of the alliance,con?densing the ability,cooperation and rapid ability in response. The ultimate target is to create good faith,high quality travel experience for the tourists.
