根据我国直流输电线路特点以及银东直流输电线路山西段运行维护的实际情况，并结合我国及世界各国关于直流输电的研究成果及50余年来输电线路带电作业经验，对±660 kV直流超高压输电线路带电作业的基础研究、作业人员的安全防护、防护用具、作业方式、作业工具等进行了论述，指出了当前应开展的工作，以保证±660 kV直流输电线路的安全稳定运行。
근거아국직류수전선로특점이급은동직류수전선로산서단운행유호적실제정황，병결합아국급세계각국관우직류수전적연구성과급50여년래수전선로대전작업경험，대±660 kV직류초고압수전선로대전작업적기출연구、작업인원적안전방호、방호용구、작업방식、작업공구등진행료논술，지출료당전응개전적공작，이보증±660 kV직류수전선로적안전은정운행。
According to the characteristics of China's DC transmission line and the operation and maintenance situation of Yindong DC transmission line in Shanxi, and combining with the research achievements on DC transmission home and abroad and the live-line working experience in recent 50 years, some issues concerning live-line operation of ±660 kV HVDC transmission lines are elaborated, including basic research about live-line operation, operators' safety protection, protective equipment, operation mode and live-line tools etc.. The work that should be carried out currently are pointed out to ensure the safe and stable operation of ± 660 kV DC transmission lines.
