目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔棘突与嵴突局部手术处理的临床疗效。方法总结我院自2002年9月~2014年6月收治的以单纯棘突或嵴突为表现的鼻中隔偏曲患者96例，在鼻内镜下进行局部手术处理。结果96例全部治愈，棘突或嵴突消失，创面愈合良好，未发生鼻中隔穿孔等并发症。结论对单纯鼻中隔棘突与嵴突患者，在鼻内镜下进行局部手术处理，保留鼻中隔大部分正常组织结构，手术时间短，患者术后痛苦小，恢复快，效果好，值得在临床推广。
목적탐토비내경하비중격극돌여척돌국부수술처리적림상료효。방법총결아원자2002년9월~2014년6월수치적이단순극돌혹척돌위표현적비중격편곡환자96례，재비내경하진행국부수술처리。결과96례전부치유，극돌혹척돌소실，창면유합량호，미발생비중격천공등병발증。결론대단순비중격극돌여척돌환자，재비내경하진행국부수술처리，보류비중격대부분정상조직결구，수술시간단，환자술후통고소，회복쾌，효과호，치득재림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment ef ect of local surgery on the septal spur and ridge deviaiton by nasal endoscopy. Methods The data of 96 cases of pure spur or ridge septal deviation admit ed and treated in our hospital between September 2002 and June 2014 was generalized and analyzed. The cases were treated with local surgery by nasal endoscopy. Results Al 96 cases were cured. The spur or ridge disappeared. The surgery wounds were recovered properly. No complications like septal perforation occur ed. Conclusion The pure spur or ridge septal deviation can be treated with local surgery by nasal endoscopy so that most of the normal tissue and structure of the nasal septum can be maintained. The surgery duration is short, the pain of patients is less, the recovery is rapid and the ef ect is good so this method can be developed clinical y.
