采用植物化学成分系统预试法和专项预试法对核桃花粉的化学成分进行研究.结果表明糖、多糖及苷类、蛋白质、氨基酸、酚性成分、生物碱、甾体、黄酮类化合物、强心苷、内酯、香豆素及苷类、挥发油的系统预试实验结果为阳性,皂甙、有机酸、鞣质、蒽醌及苷类系统预试实验结果为阴性;黄酮、生物碱、香豆素专项实验结果为阳性.
採用植物化學成分繫統預試法和專項預試法對覈桃花粉的化學成分進行研究.結果錶明糖、多糖及苷類、蛋白質、氨基痠、酚性成分、生物堿、甾體、黃酮類化閤物、彊心苷、內酯、香豆素及苷類、揮髮油的繫統預試實驗結果為暘性,皂甙、有機痠、鞣質、蒽醌及苷類繫統預試實驗結果為陰性;黃酮、生物堿、香豆素專項實驗結果為暘性.

To study the chemical constituents of the walnut pollen,the methods of systematic pretest and individual pretest were adopted.The systematic pretest on carbohydrates,protein,amino acid,phenols, alkaloids,steroids, flavones,cardiac glycoside, inner ester, coumarin and essential oils were positive. systematic pretest on saponins, orgnic acids, tannins and anthraquinone were negative. The individual pretest on flavones, alkaloids and coumarin were positive.
