采用固相法制备了添加不同浓度Bi2O3‐B2O3‐SiO2(BBS )玻璃的BiFeO3陶瓷.通过XRD测试手段研究了BiFeO3粉体合成的最佳工艺参数,通过SEM 和阻抗分析仪等BBS玻璃添加对BiFeO3陶瓷烧结温度、显微结构、介电性能和磁性能的影响.研究结果表明:在780℃煅烧1 h后得到纯相BiFeO3粉体.随着玻璃添加量的逐渐增多,陶瓷的烧结温度逐渐降低.当玻璃添加量为8.0wt%时,介电常数为24.5,介电损耗为0.01.添加玻璃后,陶瓷的电滞回线趋于饱和,漏导降低,磁性能增强.随着玻璃添加量的增大,陶瓷的晶粒尺寸减小,逐渐分布均匀,气孔减少.当玻璃的添加量为8.0 w t %时,BiFeO3陶瓷晶粒尺寸为2.5μm ,且颗粒分布均匀.

BiFeO3 ceramics with different concentration of Bi2 O3‐B2 O3‐SiO2 (BBS) glass were prepared by solid‐state reaction method .T he processing parameter of BiFeO3 pow der w ere investigated by XRD ,BiFeO3 ceramics with different concentration of BBS glass on sintering behavior ,microstructure and dielectric properties w ere investigated by SEM and inductance‐capacitance‐resistance(LCR) analyzer .The results showed that the pure BiFeO3 powder cal‐cined at 780 ℃ for 1 h .The sintering temperature decreased with the increasing concentration of BBS glass .Dielectric constant was 24 .5 and dielectric loss was 0 .01 when the ceramic with 8 .0 wt% glass addition .The polarization hysteresis loops became saturated ,the leakage cur‐rent decreased ,magnetoeletric properties increased with the glass addition .The grain size ofceramic decreased and uniform ,the pore decreased .BiFeO3 ceramic was constituted with small grain size which is 2 .5 μm and uniform particle when the ceramic with 8 .0 wt% glass addition .
