Started from the quality and testing cost should match with the principles of risk,combined industrial production inspection with construction industry,discussed the current construction industry detection and risk of asymmetric problems,put forward that assessed quality risk should be from the perspective of risk control,and made pointed references to set building detection project,the scope and parameters,to achieve a smaller test cost effective quality control risk. And imagined to break barriers, to achieve unifying industrial production and the construction of the detection,to realize whole process to better the implementation of the quality risk and testing cost trade-offs.
