以膨化大豆为原料,植物油低温抽提剂(3-甲基戊烷为主要成分)作浸出溶剂,采用罐组式浸出器进行浸出试验。通过单因素及正交试验得到最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶0.75、浸出温度51℃、浸出次数3次和膨化大豆含水量8%。在此条件下,粕中残油率为1.0%;所得大豆毛油的色泽Y70 R2.0、酸值1.65(KOH)/(mg/g)、过氧化值1.25mmol/kg、水分及挥发物0.09%及溶剂残留45mg/kg。浸出豆粕粗蛋白含量为44.56%, NSI为80.32%,说明植物油低温抽提剂是理想的浸出溶剂。

Soybean oil was extracted from extruded soybeans with low temperature extraction solvent ( 3-methyl pentane was main component of the solvent) . Optimal processing conditions for batch extraction were determined by single factors experi-ments as follows:solid-liquid 1∶0.75, extraction temperature 51℃, extraction times 3 times and moisture content 8%. Under op-timal conditions, residual oil of meal was 1.0%. Characteristics of crude oil obtained were color Y70, R2.0, acid value 1.65 ( KOH)/(mg/g) , peroxide value 1.25mmol/kg, moisture and volatile matter content 0.09%, and residual solvent 45 mg/kg. Crude protein content of meal was 44.56%, and NSI value was 80.32%.
