基于CFD软件平台,采用RNG κ-ε湍流模型对不同循环圆形状液力缓速器的内流道进行数值模拟。结果发现:循环圆形状为圆形时,液力缓速器内流场定子与转子间的静压力值、压力差、相对速度最大,液力缓速器产生的制动转矩也最大。
基于CFD軟件平檯,採用RNG κ-ε湍流模型對不同循環圓形狀液力緩速器的內流道進行數值模擬。結果髮現:循環圓形狀為圓形時,液力緩速器內流場定子與轉子間的靜壓力值、壓力差、相對速度最大,液力緩速器產生的製動轉矩也最大。
기우CFD연건평태,채용RNG κ-ε단류모형대불동순배원형상액력완속기적내류도진행수치모의。결과발현:순배원형상위원형시,액력완속기내류장정자여전자간적정압력치、압력차、상대속도최대,액력완속기산생적제동전구야최대。
The internal flow field of hydraulic retarder with different shapes of circular circles was implemented based on the software platform of CFD and RNGκ-εturbulence model. The results showed static pressure value, pressure difference, relative velocity were maximum when the shape circular circle of hydraulic retarder was circle,the braking torque of hydraulic retarder was biggest.
