目的总结后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床经验。方法2011年7月~2014年10月，采取后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗20例肾上腺肿瘤患者，并进行术后随访。结果20例手术全部成功,手术时间45~75min,平均55min,术中出血<10~30ml,平均25ml,无并发症发生。术后住院7~12d,平均7.8 d。结论后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少、康复快、住院时间短等优点,可作为肾上腺肿瘤手术的首选方法。
목적총결후복강경하신상선종류절제술적림상경험。방법2011년7월~2014년10월，채취후복강경하신상선종류절제술치료20례신상선종류환자，병진행술후수방。결과20례수술전부성공,수술시간45~75min,평균55min,술중출혈<10~30ml,평균25ml,무병발증발생。술후주원7~12d,평균7.8 d。결론후복강경하신상선종류절제술구유창상소、출혈소、병발증소、강복쾌、주원시간단등우점,가작위신상선종류수술적수선방법。
Objective To present our surgical experience with the retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenal tumors. Methods 20 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic excision of adrenal tumors and fol ow-up from July 2011 to Oct 2014. Results 20 cases of laparoscopic surgery were successful y performed. Mean operative time was 55 min (range 45 ~ 75 min). Mean estimated blood loss 25 ml (range10~30ml),no complication occur ed.Postoperation hospital stay was 7.8 d (range7~12). Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors has the advantages of less trauma and blood loss, fewer complications, quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay and shoud be considered as the first choice for adrenal tumor operation.
