为了优化配置社会化物流资源以降低区域物流成本,引入云计算技术,建立第三方物流与第四方物流协同的区域物流云服务模式,分析了该物流模式下价值链的二维协同服务增值机制,提出了基于第四方物流的区域物流云服务生命周期模型.最后开发了基于第四方物流的区域物流云服务平台,初步验证了理论与方法的有效性.

In this paper, in order to optimally deploy the social logistics resources to reduce the regional logistics cost, we introduced the cloud computation technology to build the regional logistics cloud service mode based on the collaboration of the third party logistics and fourth party logistics, then analyzed the value-added mechanism of the 2D collaborative services of this mode, proposed the regional logistics cloud service life cycle model based on FPL, and at the end, developed the corresponding regional logistics cloud service platform, whose theoretical and methodological validity was then generally verified.
