研究了采用石墨炉‐原子吸收光谱法测定稻谷中镉元素时,样品消解液的酸度对其吸光度的影响。试验结果表明,在采用石墨炉‐原子吸收光谱法测定稻谷中镉元素时,消解液的酸度与其吸光度成负相关,且酸度与吸光度的拟合度符合方程 y=0.0608 x2-0.2207 x+0.2538,相关系数 R为0.995,拟合度良好。该研究结果可为检测一线的技术人员提供参考。

The effect of acidity of digestion solution on the absorbance was studied during determination of Cd in rice by GFA‐AAS .The results showed that there was a negative correlation between acidity of digestion solution and absorbance ,The fitting degree of the acidity and absorbance was fitted with the equation y=0 .060 8x2 -0 .220 7x+ 0 .253 8 ,the correlation coefficient R was 0 .995 and the fitting degree was good .The results could provide reference for the detection of the technicians .
