目的:探讨颈动脉超声联合血清超敏C反应蛋白( hs-CRP )对糖尿病颈动脉斑块预测的意义。方法选择608例疑似糖尿病患者,所有患者均检测颈动脉彩超及血清hs-CRP、血糖、血脂等指标。结果正常糖耐量( NGT)组对易损斑块检出率为8%,糖耐量减退( IGT)组对易损斑块检出率为36%,糖尿病( DM)组对易损斑块检出率为65%。结果显示:IGT组、DM组对易损斑块的检出率均明显高于NGT组,差异具有统计学意义。结果颈动脉超声联合血清hsCPR对糖尿病颈动脉斑块检测可为临床糖尿病患者早期检出易损斑块、判断动脉粥样硬化进程提供依据。

목적:탐토경동맥초성연합혈청초민C반응단백( hs-CRP )대당뇨병경동맥반괴예측적의의。방법선택608례의사당뇨병환자,소유환자균검측경동맥채초급혈청hs-CRP、혈당、혈지등지표。결과정상당내량( NGT)조대역손반괴검출솔위8%,당내량감퇴( IGT)조대역손반괴검출솔위36%,당뇨병( DM)조대역손반괴검출솔위65%。결과현시:IGT조、DM조대역손반괴적검출솔균명현고우NGT조,차이구유통계학의의。결과경동맥초성연합혈청hsCPR대당뇨병경동맥반괴검측가위림상당뇨병환자조기검출역손반괴、판단동맥죽양경화진정제공의거。
Objective To investigate the value of carotid ultrasound combined serum hs-CPR on predicting diabetes carotid plaque. Method A total of 608 suspected diabetes patients were enrolled in this study. All the patients were performed carotid artery ultrasonography,and some indexes of the patients including hs-CRP,blood glucose and blood lipids were detected. Results The detection rate of vulnerable plaque of the normal glucose tolerance ( NGT ) group was 8%, the detection rate of vulnerable plaque of the decreased glucose tolerance (IGT) group was 36%,and the detection rate of vulnerable plaque of the diabetes mellitus (DM) group was 65%. The results showed that the detection rates of vulnerable plaque of the IGT group and the DM group were much higher than that of NGT group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The combined application of carotid ultrasound and serum hs-CPR can provide a basis for the detection of vulnerable plaque as the diagnostic criteria for the process of atherosclerosis.
