目的:应用实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术对甲状腺功能减退症患者的左心收缩功能进行评价.方法应用M型超声及实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术测量左心收缩功能.结果传统超声甲减组LVEF与对照组相比无明显差异,甲减组各室壁二尖瓣环处和部分室壁基底段、中间段收缩期峰值速度Vs和最大位移Ds低于正常组( P<0.05).结论甲状腺功能减退症可影响心脏的结构和功能,导致左心室局部收缩功能减低,尽早发现甲状腺功能减退症患者的心功能改变,可以预防并发症的发生.

목적:응용실시삼평면조직다보륵성상기술대갑상선공능감퇴증환자적좌심수축공능진행평개.방법응용M형초성급실시삼평면조직다보륵성상기술측량좌심수축공능.결과전통초성갑감조LVEF여대조조상비무명현차이,갑감조각실벽이첨판배처화부분실벽기저단、중간단수축기봉치속도Vs화최대위이Ds저우정상조( P<0.05).결론갑상선공능감퇴증가영향심장적결구화공능,도치좌심실국부수축공능감저,진조발현갑상선공능감퇴증환자적심공능개변,가이예방병발증적발생.
Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function in hypothyroidism patients by using real time tri-plane tissue Doppler imaging. Method Left ventricular ( LV) function were examined with M-mode echocardiography and real time tri-plane tissue Doppler imaging. Results There was no difference in LVEF between the hypothyroidism group and the control group according to the conventional ultrasonic imaging method. Compared to the control group,the Vs and Ds of mitral annual on each room wall,the basal segment of part of the room walls,and the middle segment in systole were lower in the hypothyroidism patients (P<0. 05). Conclusion Hypothyroidism can affect the heart ’ s structure and function, reduce left ventricular systolic function. Early detection of asymptomatic changes in heart function of hypothyroidism patients will be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and prevention of complications in time.
