试验探讨艾蒿粉对肉仔鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。试验选择1日龄A A肉仔鸡240只,按照艾蒿粉添加量的不同(0、0.25%、0.50%、1.00%和2.00%)分为5个不同处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,试验期共42 d ,分为前、后两期,每期21 d。结果表明:随着艾蒿粉添加量的增加,肉仔鸡后期与全期的平均日增重呈显著的先升高后降低的变化趋势,以0.25%组最高;肉色亮度 L*值呈显著的下降趋势,肉色红度 a*值呈显著的上升趋势;屠宰性能的各项指标差异均不显著。肉仔鸡日粮中添加适量的艾蒿粉对其生长性能有促进作用,对肉品质有改善作用。

시험탐토애호분대육자계생장성능、도재성능화육품질적영향。시험선택1일령A A육자계240지,안조애호분첨가량적불동(0、0.25%、0.50%、1.00%화2.00%)분위5개불동처리조,매개처리조6개중복,매개중복8지계,시험기공42 d ,분위전、후량기,매기21 d。결과표명:수착애호분첨가량적증가,육자계후기여전기적평균일증중정현저적선승고후강저적변화추세,이0.25%조최고;육색량도 L*치정현저적하강추세,육색홍도 a*치정현저적상승추세;도재성능적각항지표차이균불현저。육자계일량중첨가괄량적애호분대기생장성능유촉진작용,대육품질유개선작용。
The present experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of dietary A rtemisia argyi powders on growth performance ,slaughter performance and meat quality in broilers .A total of 240 one‐day‐old Arbor Acres (AA) broilers were selected and assigned randomly into 5 treatments(0 ,0 .25% ,0 .50% ,1 .00% and 2 .00% A rtemisia argyi powders level in diet‐ary) with 6 replicates (8 broilers per replicate) .The feeding trial lasted for 42 d and was divided into two periods (1~21 d and 22~42 d) .The results showed that :diets supplemented with A rtemisia argyi powders increasing ,ADG of broilers during 22~42 d and 1~42 d increased at first and then decreased ,that of 0 .25% group was the highest ;color brightness values( L* ) were significantly decreased and degree of red values(a* ) showed a significant upward trend;the differences of slaughter per‐formance indicators were not significant .Overall ,the present study indicated that appropriate amount of A rtemisia argyi pow‐ders could improve the growth performance and meat quality of broilers to some extent .
