Bushen Huoxue Recipe%necrosis of femoral head%bone mineral density%steroid
目的:探讨补肾活血方治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的机理。方法:将24只激素性兔股骨头缺血坏死模型随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组,于灌胃治疗8周后处死,分别进行血脂、X线、股骨头骨密度及组织学的观察及测定。结果:中药组总胆固醇为(2.23±0.34)mmol/L、甘油三脂为(1.53±0.21)mmol/L、股骨头空骨陷窝率为(23.35±1.43)%,均明显低于模型组的(3.15±0.41)mmol/L,(2.31±0.32)mmol/L,(34.67±2.15)%。中药组股骨头骨密度为(0.539±0.038)g/cm2,新生血管数为(7.4±2.1)条,均高于模型组的(0.515±0.026)g/cm2、(5.2±1.4)条,结论:补肾活血方可以降低血脂,增加骨密度,促进坏死骨吸收和新骨形成。

목적:탐토보신활혈방치료격소성고골두결혈성배사적궤리。방법:장24지격소성토고골두결혈배사모형수궤분위대조조、모형조、중약조,우관위치료8주후처사,분별진행혈지、X선、고골두골밀도급조직학적관찰급측정。결과:중약조총담고순위(2.23±0.34)mmol/L、감유삼지위(1.53±0.21)mmol/L、고골두공골함와솔위(23.35±1.43)%,균명현저우모형조적(3.15±0.41)mmol/L,(2.31±0.32)mmol/L,(34.67±2.15)%。중약조고골두골밀도위(0.539±0.038)g/cm2,신생혈관수위(7.4±2.1)조,균고우모형조적(0.515±0.026)g/cm2、(5.2±1.4)조,결론:보신활혈방가이강저혈지,증가골밀도,촉진배사골흡수화신골형성。
Objective To explore the mechanism of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head treated by Bushen Huoxue Recipe. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:the control group, the sham control group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine group. Acetic acid hydropredni?sone 8 mg/Kg via gastrogavage was given after establishment of the animal model for 8 weeks. All rabbits were killed and serum lipid, X-ray film, the number of empty lacuna and bone mineral density of femoral head were observed and measured. Results In the Traditional Chinese Medicine group, levels of total cholesterol was (2.23 ± 0.34) mmol/L, triglyceride was (1.53 ± 0.21) mmol/L, the rate of empty lacuna was(23.35 ± 1.43)%. All these values were lower than those in the sham control group. Bone mineral density of femoral head[(0.539 ± 0.038) g/cm2] and the amount of new blood vessels(7.4 ± 2.1) in the Traditional Chinese Medicine group were higher than those in the sham control group. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Recipe can reduce serum lipid, in?crease bone mineral density and absorption of necrosis of bone, and promote formation of new bone. The experi?ment provides a theoretical basis for treatment of necrosis of the femoral head.
