独立学院经过十几年的发展过程，逐渐认识到实践教学环节是教学过程中的一个极其重要的教学环节。不断改进独立学院的人才培养模式，是培养本科层次的高级应用型专门人才的必由之路。本文通过分析目前独立学院实践教学存在的若干问题，提出真正落实教学计划中的实践教学环节，加强实践教学环节的组织与管理具体措施，充分利用各种教育教学资源，不断提高实践教学质量，以便实现独立学院理论教学与实践教学管理相结合的目标。
