文章运用扎根理论的研究方法,以企业高层管理者为研究对象进行深入采访,探讨不同配对方式的师徒关系的演进路径。通过对访谈资料的搜集和编码总结出师徒关系发展的5个阶段:感知组织支持、能力认可、价值观契合、合作和信任(认知信任和情感信任);同时,基于质性资料的分析归纳,构建了3种师徒关系配对方式(组织安排的师徒配对、师傅单向选择的师徒配对以及双向选择的师徒配对)下师徒关系的演进路径。

By applying the research method of grounded theory,taking senior managers as the research object and conduct?ing in-depth interviews with them,the paper explores the development path of different paring modes of mentoring relation?ships. Based on the data collecting from interviews and coding,five stages of the development path of mentoring relationships are summarized:perceived organizational support, capability recognition, values fit, cooperation and trust (cognitive trust and emotional trust) . Meanwhile,according to the analysis and induction of qualitative data,the development path of three types of pairing modes of mentoring relationships are built, namely organization-arranged mentoring relationships, one-way choice mentoring relationships and two-way choice mentoring relationships.
