对广西乡村旅游经营者从业素质现状进行调查分析，显示乡村旅游的主要经营者整体素质不高，严重制约乡村旅游业的发展。认为进行有针对性的培训是提高乡村旅游经营者管理能力和服务技能的主要途径。基于对乡村旅游经营者现有的培训效果分析，建议引入德国双元制教学的典型教学方法——行动导向教学法。

This paper investigates and analyzes the quality of present situation of Guangxi operators on rural tourism,which shows that their overall quality is not high. Thus,it seriously restricts the development of rural tourism. This paper also points out that the target?ed training is the main method of improving the operators’management ability and service skills. Based on the current analysis of training effect of the operators on rural tourism,it suggests that the dual system of typical teaching methods should be introduced from Germany which is the action-oriented teaching method.
