目的：探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并肛周脓肿的疗效。方法：107例糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者采用随机单盲方法分为两组，对照组接受指南推荐的标准治疗方案，治疗组加用丹红注射液静脉滴注；比较两组肛周脓肿愈合情况及入院时和出院时C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组疼痛、出血、水肿、分泌物评分明显减低（P＜0.01），治疗组愈合时间明显缩短（19.8±4.5 VS 23.1±6.2，P=0.002）；出院时CRP水平均明显下降（P＜0.01），治疗组更明显（1.53±0.52 VS 3.09±0.97，P＜0.01）。结论：与标准治疗组相比，丹红注射液能够更好地抑制糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者的炎症反应，促进创面愈合。
목적：탐토단홍주사액치료당뇨병합병항주농종적료효。방법：107례당뇨병합병항주농종환자채용수궤단맹방법분위량조，대조조접수지남추천적표준치료방안，치료조가용단홍주사액정맥적주；비교량조항주농종유합정황급입원시화출원시C-반응단백（CRP）수평。결과：여대조조상비，치료조동통、출혈、수종、분비물평분명현감저（P＜0.01），치료조유합시간명현축단（19.8±4.5 VS 23.1±6.2，P=0.002）；출원시CRP수평균명현하강（P＜0.01），치료조경명현（1.53±0.52 VS 3.09±0.97，P＜0.01）。결론：여표준치료조상비，단홍주사액능구경호지억제당뇨병합병항주농종환자적염증반응，촉진창면유합。
Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong injection on perianal abscess in patients with diabetes. Methods One hundred and 7 pa?tients with diabetes and perianal abscess were en?rolled and divided into treatment group (n=53) and control group (n=54) randomly. Patients in the control group were treated according to the routine guideline, and patients in the treatment group were given Danhong injec?tion infusion and standard treatments. Effects of treatments and levels of C-reaction protein (CRP) were com?pared between the two groups. Results The baseline characteristics were similar in both groups. The scores of pain, bleeding, edema, and exudation were well lower, and the healing time was shorter in the treatment group (all P<0.01). The levels of CRP were decreased in both groups (P<0.01), and the level of CRP was much low?er in the treatment group (P<0.01). Conclusion Infusion of Danhong injection might promote the healing of perianal abscess in patients with diabetes.
