In this paper, through defining the capacity of the logistics enterprise as well as its composition and on the basis of an analysis of the characteristics of the capacity of the logistics enterprises in middle-western China, we proposed the conceptual model and specific countermeasures for the improvement of the capacity of the logistics enterprises in middle-western China based on information technology.
