为了适应小电机定子绕组自动嵌线,原双层绕组需要改为单层绕组.对经改造后的样机进行型式试验,结果证明采用单层同心交叉式绕组能保证电机性能,使嵌线的自动化成为可能.

In order to fit with the automatic embedding of the stator winding of small-size motor, the originally- used double-layer winding was replaced by monolayer winding. Type test of the prototype showed that the motor composed of the rebuilt monolayer winding of concentric and across type was able to ensure its performance, bring-ing up with possibility to embed the stator winding by the automatic machine.
