以江苏油田为例,在油田物资全面预算的基础上,结合企业的经营目标,通过优化物资需求计划、采购流程、库存结构、物流配送等环节,分层次推进物资采购对标管理,切实提升物资供应工作绩效和指标水平,有效控制了物资采购成本,形成了具有江苏油田特色的全程最优化物资采购成本目标管理模式.

In this paper, in the case of the Jiangsu Oilfield and on the basis of the total budgeting of the oilfield materials, we optimized such links as the MRP, purchasing process, inventory structure and logistics distribution of the company in the line of its operational objective, then successively realized the benchmarking management of the material purchasing process, improved the performance and level of the material supply activities, effectively controlled the material purchasing cost, and finally established the whole process optimized material purchasing cost objective management model with the characteristics of the Jiangsu Oilfield.
