目的：探讨肝穿刺活检组织的病理形态学特征。方法选择57例慢性肝病穿刺活检标本,所有标本均进行HE染色、特殊染色( Masson及网状纤维染色),并观察与评估肝组织的炎症活动及纤维化程度。结果在57例肝穿刺活检病例中,慢性肝炎43例,非酒精性肝病4例,早期肝硬化6例,肝硬化4例,其中2例合并肝细胞癌。其炎症分级及纤维化分期属于G1/S0-1,G2/S2,G3/S3及G4/S4分别为23例、17例、8例及9例。结论肝穿活检是诊断肝损害程度的“金指标”,并对慢性肝病的病因确诊及治疗具有临床指导意义。
목적：탐토간천자활검조직적병리형태학특정。방법선택57례만성간병천자활검표본,소유표본균진행HE염색、특수염색( Masson급망상섬유염색),병관찰여평고간조직적염증활동급섬유화정도。결과재57례간천자활검병례중,만성간염43례,비주정성간병4례,조기간경화6례,간경화4례,기중2례합병간세포암。기염증분급급섬유화분기속우G1/S0-1,G2/S2,G3/S3급G4/S4분별위23례、17례、8례급9례。결론간천활검시진단간손해정도적“금지표”,병대만성간병적병인학진급치료구유림상지도의의。
Objective To investigate the pathologic and histological characteristics of liver biopsy by special staining,and to provide accurate data for the diagnosis and treatment scheme. Method 57 cases of liver biopsy tissues from chronic liver disease were collected and analyzed. All the specimens underwent HE staining and special staining (Masson,reticular fibers). Results Among 57 cases of liver biopsy,43 cases were chronic hepatitis,4 cases were non-alcoholic liver disease,6 cases were early hepatic cirrhosis, and 4 cases were liver cirrhosis including 2 cases with hepatic carcinoma, respectively. The inflammation grade and fibrosis stage according to the pathologic diagnosis were 23 cases of G1/S0-1,17 cases of G2/S2 ,8 cases of G3/S3 and 9 cases of G4/S4,respectively. Conclusion Liver biopsy is a gold standard for evaluating the degree of liver damage, and has clinical significance for diagnosis and treatment of choronic hepatitis.
