本文以盘营客专跨沟海线(80+128+80)m曲线连续梁桥的转体施工为工程实例,介绍了曲线转体结构的重心布置方法,提出了利用球铰应力评估法快速确定转体结构的不平衡弯矩,并采用球铰转动法进行了称重试验研究,为桥梁转体阶段的施工提供了可靠的参数,确保了转体施工的顺利完成.
本文以盤營客專跨溝海線(80+128+80)m麯線連續樑橋的轉體施工為工程實例,介紹瞭麯線轉體結構的重心佈置方法,提齣瞭利用毬鉸應力評估法快速確定轉體結構的不平衡彎矩,併採用毬鉸轉動法進行瞭稱重試驗研究,為橋樑轉體階段的施工提供瞭可靠的參數,確保瞭轉體施工的順利完成.

Based on rotating construction for curved continuous girder bridge with spans (80+128+80)m on the PanYING passenger special line across HaiGou line as engineering example, arrangement method for center of gravity for curved rotating structure is introduced. It is presented that imbalance moment of rotating structure can be quickly confirmed by using spherical hinge stress, and experiment of weighing is carried out adopting spherical hinge rotating method. Reliable parameter is made for rotating construction phase and accomplished.
