Based on the issue of the present energy efficiency and the analysis of the existed problem happened in the“refrigeration technology”teaching process,the optimization teaching system of the curriculum and the reform of teaching methods were discussed. According to the major requirement,the emphasis include the theory of profes-sional method with practical engineering,reasonable assessment methods,application of the modern refrigeration technology,which can cultivate the students'awareness of energy saving and environmental protection,keeping pace with the times.
