目的:设计和制造面向即刻种植的个性化拟自然牙种植体,并提出个性化拟自然牙种植体的过盈量设计要求。方法:利用逆向工程和3D 打印技术设计和制造出个性化拟自然牙种植体;设计过盈量分别为10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100μm的10颗个性化拟自然牙种植体,模拟植入相同拔牙窝后的情况,并进行有限元分析。结果:在相同的过盈量条件下,皮质骨区域比松质骨区域的应力值要大。随着过盈量的增大,种植体在骨界面的应力就越大,且皮质骨区域比松质骨区域先达到屈服强度。结论:在设计个性化拟自然牙根种植体的过程中,皮质骨和松质骨区域的过盈量设计应当不同,且皮质骨区域应小于松质骨区域。

목적:설계화제조면향즉각충식적개성화의자연아충식체,병제출개성화의자연아충식체적과영량설계요구。방법:이용역향공정화3D 타인기술설계화제조출개성화의자연아충식체;설계과영량분별위10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100μm적10과개성화의자연아충식체,모의식입상동발아와후적정황,병진행유한원분석。결과:재상동적과영량조건하,피질골구역비송질골구역적응력치요대。수착과영량적증대,충식체재골계면적응력취월대,차피질골구역비송질골구역선체도굴복강도。결론:재설계개성화의자연아근충식체적과정중,피질골화송질골구역적과영량설계응당불동,차피질골구역응소우송질골구역。
Objective: To design a kind of custom-made, root-analogue implant for immediate implant placement. Propose the design requirements of the interference of the implant by finite element analysis. Methods: Design and manufacture the implant with the help of RE and 3D printing technology. Design 10 custom-made, root-analogue implants with the interference of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100μm respectively. Simulate the implantation with the same extraction socket by finite element analysis. Results: Under the same condition, stress of cortical bone area is larger than cancellous bone area. With the increasing amount of interference, the greater the stress of implant-bone interface and cortical bone area reach the yield strength first. Conclusions: In the process of designing a custom-made root-analogue implant, the amount of interference of cortical and cancellous bone area should be designed differently. And the amount of interference of cortical bone area should be less than cancellous bone area's.
