黑龙江省大庆市作为冬季集中供热的城市，对住宅小区配套建设了换热站泵房。可是由于部分小区在规划、设计和建设安装中忽视了噪声控制标准，使得一些换热站泵房在取暖期运行时产生了噪声与振动，严重地干扰了附近居民的正常生活与工作。针对此问题采取了有效的治理措施与控制方案，从源头上解决了噪声污染。
