介绍了从锌冶炼浸出产生的铅银渣和铁矾渣中采用“搅拌洗涤—中和除杂—P204萃取回收”工艺,回收可溶锌的生产实践。生产线建成后运行效果良好,年处理锌冶炼浸出渣达20 t,可溶锌总回收率80.75%,年回收锌4500 t。
介紹瞭從鋅冶煉浸齣產生的鉛銀渣和鐵礬渣中採用“攪拌洗滌—中和除雜—P204萃取迴收”工藝,迴收可溶鋅的生產實踐。生產線建成後運行效果良好,年處理鋅冶煉浸齣渣達20 t,可溶鋅總迴收率80.75%,年迴收鋅4500 t。

The practice of zinc recovery from Pb/Ag slag and iron-vanadium slag in zinc leaching by stirring washing—neutralization and impurity removal—P204 extraction technology is introduced. Good operation effect and benefit are achieved. The handling capacity is 20 t/a, gross recovery is 80.75%, recovering zinc 4 500 t/a.
