作为水轮发电机的重要部件的水导轴承,是安装在机顶盖上的.机顶支撑系统本身的抗振性能,对提高整个水轮发电机组轴系动力稳定性具有重要意义.文章运用ANSYS软件中的模态叠加法谐波响应分析技术,对挠性支撑和刚性支撑这两种典型顶盖结构的径向支撑动刚度进行了对比分析,结果表明挠性支撑顶盖结构更有利于提高机组稳定性.

The water-oriented bearing, as one of main parts of the water turbine generator, was installed on the top cover of the water turbine. Anti-vibration characteristic of the bearing supporting system was of great significance to increase the dynamic stability of the shaft system of the total water turbine generator set. The model superposition method and harmonic response analysis in the ANSYS soft-ware were employed to compare the dynamic rigidity of ra-dial supporting by either the typical rigid support or flexible support construction of the top cover of the water turbine. The result showed that the flexible support construction of the top cover could provide better stability for the generator set.
