According to the private college students learning ability is poor, lack of learning autonomy, the professional char-acteristics and the course content, the specialized fundamental course of organic chemistry and experiment teaching system, teaching content, teaching method and means and examination mode must be reformed in order to adaption to the training objectives of the applied talents.
