In this paper, relying on a study on the inevitability and working mechanism of the implementation of energy performance contracting by logistics enterprises and through analyzing the external incentive and internal driver of logistics enterprises in implementing energy performance contracting, summarized the value chain and paradigm of it, and at the end introduced the working mechanism of the implementation of the energy performance contracting by logistics enterprises.
