思想政治教育是高校实现“立德树人”目标的主要途径，增其时效性和时代感是保证其教育质量的重要前提。在思想政治教育中，要注意对“时、度、效”的把握，讲求教育的“时势”与“时机”、注重教育的“适度”与“高度”，追求教育的“效率”与“效果”，增强思想政治教育的感染力和学生对它的认同感。
