在分析快递物流企业运作特点的基础上,建立了带时间窗的多车型集派送、收集于一体的双向车辆调度问题模型,针对该模型设计了可对同一客户多次服务的C-W节约算法.通过实例计算结果分析表明,该模型能体现快递物流企业车辆调度特点且设计的算法易于计算机实现,效果较为理想.

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the operational characteristics of the express delivery vehicles, we established a two-way heterogeneous vehicle dispatching model with time window that integrated the delivery and collection processes, then accordingly designed a C-W saving algorithm that allowed multiple instances of service to one customer, and at the end, validated the model established through a case study.
