为了回收某碳酸脉型黑白钨矿中的钨矿资源,通过系统的工艺矿物学研究及在选矿试验的基础上,提出了黑钨强磁-摇床重选-白钨浮选-酸浸的选矿工艺流程。针对该矿中存在大量易浮方解石的问题,通过对组合捕收剂、抑制剂、pH值和加温酸浸的条件试验,研究了白钨粗选-白钨粗精矿加温精选-酸浸的选矿工艺,获得了高品位的白钨精矿。采用磁-重-浮联合工艺在原矿含WO30.55%的条件下,获得了含WO3为33.56%、钨回收率为15.92%的黑钨精矿,含WO3为66.56%、钨回收率为53.29%的白钨精矿,使钨总回收率达到了69.21%。
為瞭迴收某碳痠脈型黑白鎢礦中的鎢礦資源,通過繫統的工藝礦物學研究及在選礦試驗的基礎上,提齣瞭黑鎢彊磁-搖床重選-白鎢浮選-痠浸的選礦工藝流程。針對該礦中存在大量易浮方解石的問題,通過對組閤捕收劑、抑製劑、pH值和加溫痠浸的條件試驗,研究瞭白鎢粗選-白鎢粗精礦加溫精選-痠浸的選礦工藝,穫得瞭高品位的白鎢精礦。採用磁-重-浮聯閤工藝在原礦含WO30.55%的條件下,穫得瞭含WO3為33.56%、鎢迴收率為15.92%的黑鎢精礦,含WO3為66.56%、鎢迴收率為53.29%的白鎢精礦,使鎢總迴收率達到瞭69.21%。

To retrieve tungsten resources from a carbonate-vein-type wolframite-scheelite ore in Guangdong, a combined process, strong magnetic scheelite separation - gravity separation by tabling- scheelite flotation-acid leaching, was proposed based on systematic mineralogy research and mineral processing experiments. A combination of inhibitors and collectors were applied under proper pH values in the scheelite rougher-heating concentrating-acid leaching processes, obtaining high grade scheelite concentrate. Under the condition of WO 3 rate in the crude ore 0.55 %, favorable processing indexes of wolframite (WO 3=33.56 %, recovery rate=15.92 %) and scheelite concentrates (WO3=66.56%, recovery rate=53.29%) were obtained. The total recovery rate reaches 69.21%.
