针对净水厂生产废水的超滤膜处理工艺中膜污染问题,进行了化学清洗方式和化学药剂对膜清洗效率的影响研究。结果表明,内循环化学清洗和浸泡化学清洗两种模式的效果相同;HCl、H2SO4清洗效果相同,NaClO清洗后TMP恢复率略高于酸洗,HCl和NaClO联合清洗后,TMP恢复率达到100%,并且药剂使用顺序对清洗效果无影响。
針對淨水廠生產廢水的超濾膜處理工藝中膜汙染問題,進行瞭化學清洗方式和化學藥劑對膜清洗效率的影響研究。結果錶明,內循環化學清洗和浸泡化學清洗兩種模式的效果相同;HCl、H2SO4清洗效果相同,NaClO清洗後TMP恢複率略高于痠洗,HCl和NaClO聯閤清洗後,TMP恢複率達到100%,併且藥劑使用順序對清洗效果無影響。

For membrane fouling of UF technology for production wastewater treatment, effect of chemical cleaning methods and chemical agents was studied. The results indicate that effect of both internal circulation chemical cleaning and soaking chemical cleaning is same. HCl and H2SO4 have the same cleaning effect, which is below the cleaning effect of NaClO. Using combined cleaning of HCl and NaClO, TMP recovery rate can reach 100% and the cleaning order has little effect.
