针对净水厂生产废水的超滤膜处理工艺中膜污染问题，进行了化学清洗方式和化学药剂对膜清洗效率的影响研究。结果表明，内循环化学清洗和浸泡化学清洗两种模式的效果相同；HCl、H2SO4清洗效果相同，NaClO清洗后TMP恢复率略高于酸洗，HCl和NaClO联合清洗后，TMP恢复率达到100%，并且药剂使用顺序对清洗效果无影响。
침대정수엄생산폐수적초려막처리공예중막오염문제，진행료화학청세방식화화학약제대막청세효솔적영향연구。결과표명，내순배화학청세화침포화학청세량충모식적효과상동；HCl、H2SO4청세효과상동，NaClO청세후TMP회복솔략고우산세，HCl화NaClO연합청세후，TMP회복솔체도100%，병차약제사용순서대청세효과무영향。
For membrane fouling of UF technology for production wastewater treatment, effect of chemical cleaning methods and chemical agents was studied. The results indicate that effect of both internal circulation chemical cleaning and soaking chemical cleaning is same. HCl and H2SO4 have the same cleaning effect, which is below the cleaning effect of NaClO. Using combined cleaning of HCl and NaClO, TMP recovery rate can reach 100% and the cleaning order has little effect.
