The urban agglomerations of Yangtze River has been upgraded to a national strategy. Hunan\Hubei and Jiangxi province should seize new development opportunities,develope comparison advantages,expite the items of the regional plan,formulate development strategy,adhere to the mechanism of innovation,boost the multi-layer interaction,conduct cooperation at a higher lever,and improve the influence in external relations.
