梅子窝钨矿是一个已开采90多年的老钨矿,其高品位的富矿已开采完毕。为提高矿产资源利用率,矿山进行了低品位资源回收的探索,该低品位脉矿资源因具有矿脉薄、断层多、围岩较破碎及不稳固,导致开采难度大和成本高。研究对传统的浅孔留矿法进行了技术改造,在采场两端各布置一个脉石漏斗,崩矿时采用二次崩矿方法,先崩废石,再崩脉石,把脉石运到脉石漏斗放出,脉石和废石分开出矿,并对井下格筛实行分选,从而达到降低贫化率和损失率,提高开采回采率,从而实现了将次边际经济资源变成经济资源的目标。

The high-grade bonanza Meiziwo Tungsten Ore has been depleted after 90 years of mining. This paper studied the low-grade (less than 0.12%·m) resource recovery to improve utilization rate of mineral resources. The characteristics of the low grade vein mineral resources, such as thin veins, diverse faults, broken and unstable wall rocks contributes to the difficult and costly mining. The traditional shallow hole shrinkage method had been transformed by placing a gangue funnel at both ends of stope. Secondary caving method was applied to cave waste rocks and gangues successively by separating gangues and waste rocks. The target of transforming marginal economic resources into economic resources had been achieved by lowering the dilution rate and loss rate and improving mining recovery rate.
