研究了在需求不确定时,分销商在仓单质押融资情况下考虑期权的最优订货策略.设计了由一个制造商、两个分销商和银行组成的供应链系统.考虑两个分销商的竞争关系和期权的影响,通过建模求解两个分销商各自的最优订购量以及最优期权购买量,使分销商的期望利润最大,然后分析了影响最优订购量的因素、两种模型的优缺点以及可行性,最后通过实例验证了相关结论.

In this paper, we designed a supply chain system composed of one manufacturer, two distributors and a bank, fully considered the competitive relationship between the two distributors and the influence of options, built a model to calculate the optimal order quantity and options volume of the two distributors in order to maximize their expected profit, then analyzed the influence of the optimal order quantity as well as the feasibility, advantage and disadvantage of the two models, and at the end, through a test, verified the conclusions reached.
