分析高等工程教育存在的差异性和分层性基础上,说明选择合理的人才培养目标的必要性.基于泰勒的课程基本原理,提出了学生职业理想常模、社会需求理想常模及学科专家的人才培养理想常模.以齐齐哈尔大学土木工程专业人才培养目标为例,说明了这三种理想常模是构建高等工程教育人才培养目标的基础.

Under the differences and multi-layers of advanced engineering education being systematically researched, the necessity of choice rational talentscultivation goal is presented. Based on Taylor basic principle of the curriculum,and the ideal norm of student profession,the ideal norm of social needs and the ideal norm of subjectexperts on thetalentscultivation are proposed.For thetalentscultivation goalsof the civilengineering majorsof Qiqihar Universityasan example,the building scientificapproach of the talentscultivation goalis shown.
